The "Too Cool for School" documentary seeks to provide a comprehensive view of homeschooling by showcasing the diverse approaches to homeschooling techniques. We are actively seeking families to participate and share their experiences, both positive and negative, to provide a well-rounded perspective on homeschooling in the UK. We are particularly interested in hearing from families who may have children with SEN. or families who live on a low income who have found cost effective and innovative ways to homeschool their children we would also love to showcase families who are travelling and taking the world schooling approach to home education and families who have children who are in both traditional school settings as well as children who are home educated.

Our ultimate goal is to create a memorable documentation of the homeschooling community and highlight the amazing diversity within it and also some of the struggles we face as a community such as lack of funding and limited alternative formal educational opportunities. We invite you to join us in this exciting project and be a part of something special. Filming will take place from 21st of July 2024 onwards. Participants must note that some filming may be done within their home and also at selected locations. Successful applicants will be contacted within 7 days.
